Not Enough Wine....

Sunday, October 11th bike to Bird's for cycling races, gear, and Lone Star. You can also hit up the 2nd Street Area for the Downtown Living Tour, it may cost but I'm pretty sure you can smuggle your way into what I guarantee will be a GORGEOUS afterparty at Ligne-Roset from 5-7. Who am I kidding...

FROM 5 TIL 8, GO TO HOUSE WINE FOR COMPLIMENTARY CAKE, APPETIZERS, AND BEVERAGES, $3 WINE SPECIALS AND LOADS MORE FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY! (heck, I had my last birthday there actually).

Monday, October 12th (and all the way through the 18th) join Spa Week for a enormous discounts at pretty much every single spa in the city.

Tuesday, October 13th from 5:30-8:30 go to Spec's with $10 and go-freaking-nuts on the wine tasting. You pay for a Riedel glass, and you get to taste the booze and local and imported cheeses, salsas, coffee, chocolate, BBQ, charcuterie and more!

Wednesday, October 14th from 6-9 p.m. at Beyond Tradition expect delicious food from Sullivan's, entertainment from ZACH Theatre, and more for free. You can also go by PerriBerri from 6-9 for some free catering by The Grove and drinks by Tito's.

Re Spec's: Is purchasing a Riedel necessary for the tasting? Could you bring one from a prior event? Thanks.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, I'm kind of sort of injured and catching up from vacation on crutches! I don't know for sure but I'm pretty positive they'd tell you to buy a new one, but you could probably get away with walking in confidently with your old one ;)
