It's a good week in Austin.

Friday! Since it's bike to work week check out these places giving commuters free breakfast from 7-9! At Republic Square Park you can grab some local food and test out those nifty, little Car(s)2Go downtown. Miss Beehave is having their anniversary from 6-9 with free champagne and cupcakes (lots of that going round, I'm not complaining). Free Chiptole for cyclists on Congress.

On the 22nd enjoy food by Cheer Up Charlie's, Lone Star, and Cruz tequila from 7-9. I'll be swinging by this art reception at 6. At 6:30 enjoy free beer, free food, and a huge scavenger hunt/block party!

Sunday the 23rd from 12-4 be downtown at the Austin Urban Vet Center (near Dirty Dog and not far from La Zona Rosa) for drinks by Tito's, food, fun, pet adoption, BYOPet, and rumors of a bouncy castle. Mod party at 10 pm at Rio Rita? I'm sold. Free beer and food for cyclists!!

May 24th from 6-8 get to the fabulous new East End Wines for a free tasting with the wine maker!

Tuesday the 25th from 5-8 be at Threshold Furniture for free cocktails and h'ors douevres at the Austin Monthly release party! You must e-mail RSVP at threshold furniture dot com. At Estilo from 6-9 have complimentary cocktails!

Thursday the 27th Dress Shop kicks off the return of Carrie Bradshaw at Speakeasy with 100 swank gift bags (first come...) at 7! RSVP for free food from Frank and free Bacardi-n-Coke's at Design Within Reach!
